Demelza Nardone
Demelza’s interest in property and settlements started all the way back in 1999 with her first role as an outside clerk, where she became curious and eager to learn more about the settlement process. Her love for problem-solving and helping people made her a perfect fit for the conveyancing industry.
Building on her career, she completed her Certificate IV in Conveyancing in 2002 and obtained her Settlement Agent Licence in 2006.
Demelza joined the Apple Settlements team back in 2016, where her expertise, genuine passion and witty sense of humour have seen her build up an extensive repeat clientele.
When she’s not working, you can find her catching up on all the latest trashy reality TV, forcing her husband to bar hop on the hunt for the best spicy margarita cocktails and spending time with her daughters and dog.
Nicole Dutton
Nicole started her career out as a legal assistant but decided to step into a different path as a conveyancing assistant at a small firm back in 2012. Taking the skills she learned in her previous field along with her friendly nature and methodical way of working, she found a new passion in the property industry.
It didn’t take her long to thrive, and by 2014 she had progressed to become a qualified conveyancer herself.
Since then, Nicole joined the Apple Settlements team in 2014 and has continued her career development by obtaining her Settlement Agent Licence in 2018.
She is well respected by her clients due to her focus on strong communication and enthusiasm to answer any queries along the way.
Outside of work, you can find her getting crafty with her two children, enjoying the sunshine and being active with her dog.
Karyn Bennett
Karyn started in the conveyancing industry as an outside clerk in 2005. Her eagerness to learn more about the industry saw her progress into the role of conveyancer, and in 2009 she successfully completed her Certificate IV in Conveyancing.
Karyn joined the Apple Settlements team in 2023 and has built a reputation as a reliable conveyancer with an impeccable work ethic and strong time management skills. You can rest assured that your settlement will be handled with care, attention, and professionalism from start to finish.
When not working, Karyn spends all her time as a devoted “sports mum” to her three very active children. On any given weekend, you’ll find her racing between Netball, Aussie rules football, basketball, and soccer games, proudly supporting her kids from the sidelines. After a hectic weekend, she enjoys winding down with a well-earned G&T.
