Apple Settlements was established in 1995 and has earned the reputation as a well respected and experienced settlement agent and conveyancer.

We specialise in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Settlements in Western Australia, and are members of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC).

Our dedication to our clients ensures they receive the highest standard quality service, with the reward being when our clients refer their friends, family and associates to us.

With over 30 years combined experience in the industry and continual training our staff are updated with all legislative and commercial changes within the Settlement Agents Act.


Demelza Nardone


Licensed Settlement Agent (Certificate IV in Conveyancing)

Demelza started out in the Conveyancing Industry in 1999 and has worked her way through the ranks over the years. She completed her Certificate IV in Conveyancing in 2002 and proudly obtained her Settlement Agent Licence in 2006.

Demelza joined Apple in 2016 and is looking forward to using her many years of extensive experience to the benefit of her Clients.

Away from the office Demelza can be found enjoying family time with her husband and two daughters.


Shenae Phillips


Shenae has been in the conveyancing industry since 2010, starting out as an outside clerk for a Perth law firm.  This is where she discovered her interest in settlements.

She then commenced working at a small settlement agency where she progressed from an Administration Assistant to a Conveyancer in her own right, handling her own portfolio  of files. At this agency, she gained extensive experience in off-the-plan developments as well as completing her Certificate IV in Financial Services (Conveyancing).

Shenae joined the Apple Settlements team in 2015 and is eager to expand her conveyancing knowledge & provide excellent service to all of her clients.

In her spare time, Shenae enjoys socialising with her friends & family.


Nicole Dutton

Licensed Conveyancer

Entering Settlements with a strong background in legal administration, Nicole began her career as a Conveyancing Assistant in a small conveyancing firm located in the CBD. As her confidence grew, Nicole took on her own portfolio of clients and progressed to become a Conveyancer in her own right.

Nicole joined the Apple Settlements team in 2014. Since then Nicole has obtained her Settlement Agents Licence and continues to grow her knowledge and experience within the industry.

In her spare time Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner, daughter and fur child.
