Apple Settlements was established in 1995 and has earnt the reputation as a well respected and experienced settlement agent and conveyancer. We specialise in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Settlements in Western Australia, and are members of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC). Our dedication to our clients ensures they receive the highest standard quality service, with the reward being when our clients refer their friends, family and associates to us. With over 40 years combined experience in the industry and continual training our staff are updated with all legislative and commercial changes within the Settlement Agents Act.

Janet is the Licensee/Director for Apple Settlements. She has over 33 years experience in the industry, becoming a Licensed Conveyancer in 1985.
Natalie Brown
Senior Conveyancer
Natalie is a senior Conveyancer having over 19 years experience in the settlement industry, with the last 7 years with Apple Settlements.
Sandy Johnston
Sandy works part time as a typist and also assists the conveyancers.
Angela Vandenbergh
Angela is our receptionist. Angela comes from a Real Estate background and has enjoyed learning the "other side"and the new skills that come with it.
Hayley Sylvester
Hayley works part time as an assistant to the conveyancers.
